# JINHAI MED TECH and David Medical have signed a cooperation framework agreement

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, JINHAI MED TECH (02225) announced that on July 2, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai JINHAI MED TECH Co., Ltd. signed a five-year cooperation framework agreement with the wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo David Medical Devices Co., Ltd. (300314.SZ), Ningbo Weierkaidi Medical Devices Co., Ltd.

Under this agreement, Shanghai JINHAI and the David Medical Group will work together to develop endoscopic products in the international market, aiming to create competitive high-end medical device solutions in the international market. The endoscopic products will lay the foundation for a long-term cooperative relationship between the two parties. It is expected that as the cooperation progresses, Weierkaidi Medical will have exclusive priority and exclusive overseas distribution rights for the group's rigid endoscopic products. Shanghai JINHAI and the David Medical Group will leverage their respective comparative advantages in the production and sales of endoscopic products to actively explore overseas markets, and enhance product delivery efficiency and cost competitiveness through optimized resource allocation, supply chain collaboration, and capacity linkage.

Shanghai JINHAI will also collaborate with Weierkaidi Medical to promote the registration of endoscopic products in various countries and apply for international certifications, accelerating the internationalization process of endoscopic products. Additionally, they will conduct clinical research at multiple research centers and establish an international academic exchange platform to enhance the global academic influence of endoscopic products through medical education, technical training, and joint brand promotion.

The announcement stated that this agreement was established based on the consensus reached between the group and the David Medical Group regarding international cooperation and collaboration, focusing on the production, sales, and internationalization of endoscopic products. It is expected that signing this agreement will help promote the sales of endoscopic products produced by the group, broaden the group's revenue sources, and ultimately maximize returns for the company's shareholders
