GGAC: Co-establishing a Natural Small Molecule Pesticide Industry Research Institute with Nanjing Agricultural University

GGAC announced that in order to promote the research, registration, and commercialization of new natural small molecule pesticides, the company has signed a cooperation agreement with Nanjing Agricultural University and its subsidiary Runer Technology to jointly establish the "Nanjing Agricultural University-GGAC Natural Small Molecule Pesticide Industry Research Institute." The cooperation period is from June 2025 to June 2030, and the research institute aims to build a modern agricultural technology innovation experimental base to boost the high-quality development of the natural small molecule pesticide industry. The signing of this agreement is beneficial for promoting the company's new product research and product market promotion, but it will not have a significant impact on the company's operating performance in 2025
