# Two shareholders of AGS plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.01%

According to the announcement from Anjie Si (688581.SH), due to the company's own operational arrangements, shareholder XinJianYuan plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.6227 million shares (i.e., no more than 2.0039% of the total shares of the company), of which no more than 809,700 shares will be reduced through centralized bidding trading; and no more than 813,000 shares will be reduced through block trading. Shareholder TianTang Silicon Valley plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.6227 million shares (i.e., no more than 2.0039% of the total shares of the company), of which no more than 809,700 shares will be reduced through centralized bidding trading; and no more than 813,000 shares will be reduced through block trading
