# ZHENGDANCHEM: HeXing Enterprise reduced its holdings by 0.4754% of the company's shares

ZHENGDANCHEM announced that its controlling shareholder HeXing Enterprise will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 2,498,200 shares through centralized bidding transactions from June 10, 2025, to July 1, 2025, accounting for 0.4754% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, HeXing Enterprise and its concerted parties, HuaXing Investment and YinWan Rongshu No. 6 Private Fund, will hold a total of 257 million shares of the company, with the proportion of the company's total share capital changing from 49.3750% to 48.8996%
