JIANGNAN CHEMICAL announced that its shareholder Zinan Investment will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 27.5991 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from May 23, 2025, to July 1, 2025, accounting for 1.04% of the company's total share capital. The combined shareholding ratio of Zinan Investment and Zijin Investment, as concerted actors, decreased from 21.81% to 20.77%, with the equity change reaching an integer multiple of 1%
