# Aerosun restores procurement qualifications for military material engineering services

According to the announcement from Aerospace Sunrise (600501.SH), the Military Procurement Network issued a notice on May 29, 2025, stating that the company has violations as reported by relevant departments, which involve prohibited handling situations. According to the relevant regulations on military supplier management, the company’s qualification to participate in the procurement activities of military material engineering services will be suspended starting from May 29, 2025. During the suspension period, the then legal representative Wu Qing and the natural person controlling shareholder Chen Weiwei, as well as other enterprises controlled or managed by them, will be suspended from participating in the aforementioned military procurement activities.

On July 2, the Military Procurement Network issued a "Warning Processing Announcement for Aerospace Sunrise Co., Ltd." and provided a written warning to the company according to the relevant regulations on military supplier management.

On the same day, the Military Procurement Network has lifted the company's suspension and restored its qualification to participate in military material engineering service procurement activities
