# SWEC: Guosheng Capital plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.8612 million shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SWEC (600641.SH) announced that due to its own funding needs, the company's third largest shareholder, Shanghai Guosheng Capital Management Co., Ltd. - Shanghai Guosheng Haitong Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guosheng Capital"), plans to reduce its holdings of more than 1.8612 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.2% of the company's current total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan announcement, specifically from July 25, 2025, to October 24, 2025
