# SIRIO's two directors and senior executives plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1.47% of shares

According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, SIRIO (300791.SZ) announced that Mr. Yao Zhuangmin, the company's director and deputy general manager, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 2.0195 million shares (approximately 0.66% of the company's total share capital) through block trading or centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement.

Ms. Yang Rui, a director of the company, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 2.4815 million shares (approximately 0.81% of the company's total share capital) through block trading or centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement
