According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BRANDMAX (300805.SZ) announced that Hainan Shangyue, Hainan Jinchuang, and Hainan Boshun plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through block trading within three months after the company issues a pre-disclosure announcement of the reduction, with the total number of shares to be reduced expected to not exceed 7.2643 million shares, which is no more than 1.7123% of the company's total share capital
