# JYD's actual controller plans to reduce holdings by no more than 3% of shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, JYD (003005.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Qian Rui and Ms. Jiang Yuandong, plan to collectively reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 6.9415 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital)
