According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Songyang Resources (603863.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Zhuangpeng, and the counterparty failed to reach an agreement on certain core terms, and decided to terminate the change of control matter. The company's stock will resume trading on July 4, 2025 (Friday) at the market opening
