BO YUAN announced that on July 2, 2025, the company received the "Notice of Approval for Cancellation of Registration" issued by the Shouguang City Administrative Approval Service Bureau regarding Weifang Rongyuan. The business cancellation registration procedures for Weifang Rongyuan have been completed. As a result, Weifang Rongyuan has been legally canceled, and the absorption and merger matter has been completed. All assets, debts, business, personnel, and related qualifications of Weifang Rongyuan have been inherited by BO YUAN. The scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will change accordingly, but it will not have a substantial impact on the company's consolidated financial statements and will not significantly affect the company's financial and operational situation
