The business cancellation registration procedures for Weifang Rongyuan have been completed. As a result, Weifang Rongyuan has been legally canceled, and the absorption and merger matter has been completed. All assets, debts, business, personnel, and related qualifications of Weifang Rongyuan have been inherited by BO YUAN.
