Kaiwen Education: Subsidiary signs a 7.8 million yuan catering service agreement

Kaiwen Education announced that its subsidiary Kaiyu Xinde has signed a "Catering Service Agreement" with Beilun Health, under which Kaiyu Xinde will provide catering services in Area A of the Zhongguancun Bio-Manufacturing Industrial Park, with a total service fee paid by Beilun Health not exceeding 7.8 million yuan. This related party transaction has been approved by the fifteenth meeting of the sixth board of directors of the company and does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval. The agreement is valid for 2 years and 9 months, from July 11, 2025, to April 10, 2028.
