# ZG LIGHTNING PROTECT plans to participate in the investment of Qongqing City Youchuang Chaoyue Venture Capital Partnership

According to the announcement from ZG LIGHTNING PROTECT (300414.SZ), on the beginning of July 2025, the company signed the Partnership Agreement of the Qiongqing City Youchuang Chao Yue Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) with Shenzhen Blue Ocean Youchuang Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Blue Ocean Fund") and other partners. The company intends to participate as one of the limited partners in the investment of the Qiongqing City Youchuang Chao Yue Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Fund" or "Youchuang Chao Yue"). Youchuang Chao Yue will carry out investment activities after being filed with the Asset Management Association of China, directly or indirectly investing in Chengdu Chaode Chuang Technology Co., Ltd. The total subscribed capital contribution of the Fund this time is RMB 21.02 million, of which the company intends to contribute RMB 5 million with its own funds, holding 23.7869% of the Fund's shares
