According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST SGSG (300561.SZ) received a "Notice of Case Filing" (No.: Zhen Jian Li An Zi 0062025011) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") on July 4, 2025. The company is suspected of violating information disclosure laws and regulations.
