# LSPG's two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 6%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, LSPG (301111.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Shantou Yinkang Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Yinkang Management”), plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 4.8 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which accounts for no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital.

Shareholders holding more than 5%, Hehe Investment Holdings (Guangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Hehe Investment”) also plan to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 4.8 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which accounts for no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital
