# ST Rendong: The "Payment Business License" is in the suspended renewal review stage

Zhitong Finance APP news, \*ST Rendong (002647.SZ) announced that the company's controlling subsidiary Guangzhou Helibao Payment Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Helibao") renewed its "Payment Business License" on July 9, 2019, valid until July 9, 2024. According to the "Implementation Rules for the Supervision and Administration of Non-Bank Payment Institutions" and other relevant regulations, the validity period will transition to July 9, 2025.

On July 4, 2025, the People's Bank of China published the "Public Notice on the Renewal (Replacement) of the 'Payment Business License' for Non-Bank Payment Institutions (First Batch for July 2025)" on its official website. Due to Helibao's application for renewal, its indirect controlling shareholder Rendong Holdings entered the reorganization process. According to Article 24 of the "Administrative Licensing Implementation Measures of the People's Bank of China," the People's Bank of China decided to suspend the review of Helibao. During the suspension review phase, all of Helibao's business operations continue normally
