The specific reduction plans are as follows: Mr. Peng Huawen plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 92,500 shares, accounting for 0.01% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Yang Zhiguo plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 93,400 shares, accounting for 0.01% of the company's total share capital.
