# The actual controller of Invengo plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Invengo (002161.SZ) announced that the actual controller Mr. Xu Yusuo intends to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 7.3976 million shares, which does not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
