Kingteller: The controlling shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

Kingteller announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager Yang Wenjiang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 22,835,737 shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the total shares of the company, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement is disclosed, starting from fifteen trading days thereafter
