PROLTO announced that shareholder Chen Shuzhi plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 10,994,640 shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special securities account; shareholder Zhang Yun plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 7,329,760 shares, accounting for 2% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special securities account
