According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HUHUA (003002.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Qin Yuezhong and his concerted party Changzhi Fangyuan Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fangyuan Investment") plan to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 1.9914 million shares (i.e., no more than 1.00% of the company's total share capital) and 3.9828 million shares (i.e., no more than 2.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading
