PROLTO announced that shareholders Chen Shuzhi and Zhang Yun plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 18.3244 million shares. Chen Shuzhi intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 10.99464 million shares, accounting for 2.9451% of the total share capital; Zhang Yun intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 7.32976 million shares, accounting for 1.9634% of the total share capital

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PROLTO (002769.SZ) announced that the company's shareholders Mr. Chen Shuzhi and Ms. Zhang Yun plan to reduce their holdings in the company. Mr. Chen Shuzhi intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 10,994,640 shares (including this number), accounting for 2.9451% of the company's total share capital, and 3.0000% of the total share capital after deducting repurchased shares. Ms. Zhang Yun intends to reduce her holdings by no more than 7,329,760 shares (including this number), accounting for 1.9634% of the company's total share capital, and 2.0000% of the total share capital after deducting repurchased shares
