# Riyue HI plans to invest in the establishment of a joint-stock company to construct the Xiangshan base project for deep-sea wind power in Zhejiang (East China)

According to the announcement from Riyue HI (603218.SH), the company plans to jointly establish Zhejiang Ningbo Zhehaifeng Mother Port Equipment Development Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to the final name approved by the market supervision and administration department) with Zhejiang Haifeng, NBEG, and NBO, in response to strategic development needs. The company will be responsible for investing in and constructing the Xiangshan base project for deep-sea wind power in Zhejiang (East China).

The registered capital of the target company is RMB 1.2 billion, of which Zhejiang Haifeng will contribute RMB 876 million, accounting for 73%; NBEG will contribute RMB 240 million, accounting for 20%; the company will contribute RMB 60 million, accounting for 5%; and NBO will contribute RMB 24 million, accounting for 2%. The shareholders will contribute in cash
