# Multiple shareholders of Hanyu Group plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 1.2633 million shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hanyu Group (300403.SZ) stated that Mr. Wu Geming, the company's director and deputy general manager, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 1 million shares (accounting for 0.1658% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. Ms. Guo Lihua and Mr. Shi Taishan, the concerted actors of the controlling shareholder, plan to collectively reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 263,300 shares (accounting for 0.0437% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
