According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huilong New Materials (301057.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted actor, Deqing Huilong Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Huilong Partnership"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3,482,900 shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding or block trading from July 29, 2025, to October 28, 2025
