BOTON TECHNOLOGY announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Bao Zhifang, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 8.3749 million shares from July 29, 2025, to October 28, 2025, accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital. Director Tang Yu also plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.527 million shares during the same period, accounting for 0.36% of the total share capital
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BOTON TECHNOLOGY (300031.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Bao Zhifang, as well as the director and general manager, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 8.3749 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading from July 29, 2025, to October 28, 2025, accounting for no more than 2.00% of the company's total share capital. Additionally, the director and deputy general manager, Ms. Tang Yu, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 1.527 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading during the same period, accounting for no more than 0.36% of the company's total share capital
