SHENTONG VALVE announced that its shareholder Huzhou Fenglin Huoshan Equity Investment Partnership reduced its holdings by a total of 4.066 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from April 7, 2025, to July 6, 2025, accounting for 0.801123% of the company's total share capital; it reduced its holdings by a total of 10.139 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.997685% of the company's total share capital; in total, it reduced its holdings by 14.205 million shares, accounting for 2.798808% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, Fenglin Huoshan holds 20.8669 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.111394% of the company's total share capital
