IKD: Chief Financial Officer Qi Guiyu resigned due to personal family reasons

On July 8th, IKD announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the Chief Financial Officer Qi Guiyu. Qi Guiyu applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer due to personal family reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company after resignation. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, Qi Guiyu's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.
