# Longtech: Gou Xingrong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.00% of the company's shares

Longtech announced that the company's supervisor, Gou Xingrong, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.4464 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days later
