("Boxin Investment") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.32 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from July 31, 2025, to October 30, 2025), through block trading or centralized bidding
