# Yunnei Power's stock trading has been subjected to other risk warnings and will be suspended for 1 day on July 9

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Yunnei Power (000903.SZ) has recently received the "Notice of Administrative Penalty Pre-Disclosure" (No. \[2025\] 2) issued by the Yunnan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as "Yunnan Securities Regulatory Bureau"). According to Article 9.8.1 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules": "If a listed company has any of the following circumstances, the Exchange will implement other risk warnings for its stock trading: (8) According to the facts stated in the administrative penalty pre-disclosure notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the financial indicators disclosed in the company's annual report contain false records, but do not touch upon the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of Article 9.5.2 of this rule. The aforementioned financial indicators include operating income, total profit, net profit, and asset or liability items in the balance sheet." The Shenzhen Stock Exchange will implement other risk warnings for the company's stock.

The company's stock will be suspended for one day starting from the opening on July 9, 2025 (Wednesday), and will resume trading on July 10, 2025 (Thursday). The company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings starting from the opening on July 10, 2025 (Thursday), and the stock abbreviation will change from "Yunnei Power" to "ST Yun Dong"; the stock code remains unchanged at "000903"; the daily price fluctuation limit for stock trading is 5%
