KDT: Plans to change the company name to Guangzhou KDT Machinery Group Co., Ltd

KDT announced that the company will hold the ninth meeting of the fifth board of directors on July 9, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on changing the company's name, adjusting the board seats, and amending the Articles of Association. According to relevant regulations, this proposal still needs to be approved by the shareholders' meeting. The company intends to change its name from "Guangzhou KDT Machinery Co., Ltd." to "Guangzhou KDT Machinery Group Co., Ltd.", while the stock abbreviation "KDT" and stock code "002833" will remain unchanged. This change aims to adapt to the continuous expansion of the company's business scale and the development needs of its subsidiary structure, enhance the efficiency of group management, strengthen the unified brand image and market promotion effect, and comply with national requirements for the registration and management of enterprise groups
