According to the announcement from Zhonghua Yantu (002542.SZ), Mr. Liu Zhongchi, a director of the company, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 8.2678 million shares (accounting for 0.4578% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
