Shanghai held a press conference for the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and the High-Level Meeting on Global Governance of Artificial Intelligence. Li Hui, Deputy Mayor of Pudong New District, stated that the focus is on ecological services to support enterprise growth. In the core area of Zhangjiang, efforts will be made to promote the Moli Community brand, forming an accelerated AI innovation application ecosystem. This will involve expanding a number of new industrial spaces in conjunction with the first and second phases of the Artificial Intelligence Island and the Zhangjiang Science Gate Twin Towers, creating a comprehensive development cluster for innovation and entrepreneurship that is livable and suitable for work. In this cluster, the "Two One Million" policy will be implemented: namely, 1 million square meters of low-cost entrepreneurial space and 1 million square meters of low-rent youth apartments. Currently, a number of enterprises in the Moli Community are already benefiting from the relevant policies.
