On July 10th, Zhonghang Shangda announced that the company's director Sun Jibing applied to resign from his positions as director and vice chairman due to reaching the statutory retirement age. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors
