Wanma Tech announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhang Desheng has signed a "Termination Agreement" with Li Xunhong, terminating the agreement to transfer part of the company's shares. Zhang Desheng originally planned to transfer 6.7 million shares of the company to Li Xunhong, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital, at a transfer price of 28.56 yuan per share, with a total price of 191 million yuan
