# SHAONENG: Shenzhen Zhaowei reduced its holdings by 31.444 million shares, and the reduction plan has been completed

SHAONENG announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Zhaowei Hengfa Energy Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, will reduce its holdings by 31.444 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding from June 13, 2025, to September 12, 2025. This represents 3.00% of the capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account and 2.91% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Shenzhen Zhaowei's shareholding in the company will decrease from 13.11% to 10.20%, a change that touches an integer multiple of 1%. The shares being reduced are sourced from shares obtained through a transfer agreement
