TD Online announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Xin Yian's concerted action parties, Tianjin Yi Ming Tian Di Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership and Tianjin Yi Fei Tian Di Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.4697 million shares, accounting for 1.39% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date through centralized bidding and block trading
