# Koal: Expected net profit loss of 60 million to 90 million yuan in the first half of 2025

Koal announced that, according to preliminary calculations by the finance department, the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of approximately -90 million yuan to -60 million yuan for the first half of 2025. The net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be approximately -98 million yuan to -68 million yuan. The company's downstream customers mainly include national ministries and commissions, local government departments, military enterprises, financial institutions, and large and medium-sized enterprises and public institutions. These customers typically engage in budget preparation and actual procurement order signing in the first half of the year; project implementation and payment settlement are mostly completed in the second half of the year. Therefore, the company's sales revenue will exhibit a significant seasonal characteristic due to the aforementioned business features. Additionally, due to the rigidity of fixed cost expenditures such as employee compensation and fixed asset depreciation, which are relatively evenly distributed across quarters, the company is expected to incur a loss in net profit for the first half of 2025
