# ZJJF issued a profit forecast, expecting a net profit attributable to the parent company of 620 million yuan for the half-year, an increase of 1201.86% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZJJF (600668.SH) announced that the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of approximately 620 million yuan for the first half of 2025, representing an increase of about 1201.86% compared to the same period last year.

The significant increase in net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2025 is mainly due to the substantial non-recurring gains obtained from the sale of equity assets by its equity-accounted joint venture, TianShili Biological Pharmaceutical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as: TianShili Group)
