# MAXVISION: Expected net profit in the first half of 2025 to decline by 66.63%-74.11% year-on-year

MAXVISION announced that it expects the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the period from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, to be between 22.5 million and 29 million yuan, a decrease of 66.63% - 74.11% compared to 86.8995 million yuan in the same period last year. The net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between 15.5 million and 20 million yuan, a decrease of 72.46% - 78.66% compared to 72.626 million yuan in the same period last year. The basic earnings per share are expected to be between 0.09 yuan/share and 0.11 yuan/share, compared to 0.34 yuan/share in the same period last year. The company's performance changes in the first half of 2025 are mainly due to the failure to complete acceptance procedures for some major projects as planned, delays in the collection of payments for some projects, and an increase in share-based payment expenses
