After the reduction, Mr. Zhao Yongzhi holds 16.5431 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.2960% of the total share capital. This reduction complies with relevant laws and regulations and the reduction plan previously disclosed by the company, and will not affect the company's control and governance structure
