# LEP: Zhonghuan Xinchuan plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1% of the company's shares

LEP announced that its shareholder Tianjin Zhonghuan Information Industry Group Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.7832 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. Zhonghuan Information Industry currently holds a 13.74% stake, with the reduction period set from August 6, 2025, to November 5, 2025, and the method of reduction will be centralized bidding
