The business scope includes: manufacturing of optoelectronic devices; sales of optoelectronic devices; wholesale of electronic components; manufacturing of semiconductor lighting devices; sales of semiconductor lighting devices, etc. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Up-shine Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Up-shine Lighting
