Avic Hi-Tech announced that the Aviation Industry Corporation of China plans to transfer 9.6526 million shares of Avic Hi-Tech it holds to China Electronics Technology Group Corporation without compensation. After this equity change is completed, the shareholding ratio of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China will decrease from 45.27% to 44.58%, and China Electronics Technology Group Corporation will hold 0.69% of the shares
