# BANGJIE has terminated the Jiangshan High-Efficiency Photovoltaic Cell and Large-Size Silicon Wafer Slicing Project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BANGJIE (002634.SZ) announced that after friendly consultations with the Management Committee of the Jiangshan Economic Development Zone (referred to as "Jiangshan Economic Development Zone Management Committee"), it plans to terminate the project for the annual production of 16GW high-efficiency battery cells and the annual production of 16GW large-sized photovoltaic silicon wafer slicing. The company's board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal on "Terminating the Jiangshan High-efficiency Photovoltaic Battery Cell and Large-sized Silicon Wafer Slicing Project and Signing the Termination Agreement," agreeing that the company and its subsidiary BANGJIE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "BANGJIE New Energy"), Jiangshan BANGJIE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangshan BANGJIE"), will sign the "Termination Agreement" with the Jiangshan Economic Development Zone Management Committee and Jiangshan Economic Development Zone Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. regarding the termination of the Jiangshan High-efficiency Photovoltaic Battery Cell and Large-sized Silicon Wafer Slicing Project
