# Tuoxin Pharmaceutical plans to invest 10 million yuan to acquire shares in Sanofi

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tuoxin Pharmaceutical (301089.SZ) announced that the company will use its own funds of 10 million yuan to increase its investment in Jiangsu Jinsan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinsan Biotechnology"), of which 223,377 yuan will be included in the registered capital, and the remaining amount will be included in the capital reserve. The company has signed the "Investment Agreement on Jiangsu Jinsan Biotechnology Co., Ltd." with Jinsan Biotechnology. After the completion of this transaction, the company will directly hold 1.75% of the equity in Jinsan Biotechnology.

Jinsan Biotechnology is a synthetic biotechnology company that integrates research and development, production, and sales, focusing on the research, production, and industrial application of ergothioneine. Jinsan Biotechnology has successfully achieved the preparation of high-purity ergothioneine through breakthroughs in full-chain technologies such as strain construction, fermentation, purification, and engineering mass production.
