# Supezet plans to grant 6.447 million restricted shares at a grant price of 6.28 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Supezet (688121.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, in which the company plans to grant 6.447 million shares of restricted stock to 53 incentive recipients, with a grant price of 6.28 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the first grant of restricted stock until all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients have fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 36 months
